Our cosy and hospitable restaurant welcomes guests to the Gasthof Rössle. Your hosts, the Flaitz family, have devoted themselves to it heart and soul, with tasteful results. Delicious cuisine is served in several wonderful restaurants, the beer garden, and we have our own butcher shop.

The largest public room in our restaurant in Weingarten offers seating space for 110 people. Decorated with typically Swabian elements, it offers an inviting, celebratory atmosphere. An ideal location for enjoying our hearty menu at leisure.

Slightly smaller but equally splendid and cosy is our Welfenstube with space for 55 people. It’s the second part of our restaurant in Weingarten, but it can also be reserved separately for parties or other events.

The Klosterstube is designed with attractive, natural wood panelling and classic colours. A really lovely room, just like in the good old times. With 85 seating spaces, the room is also suitable for larger private or business parties and events.

Light-coloured wood, cheerful colours and artistic small objects create an inviting atmosphere. Long wooden tables encourage sociable gatherings. Here you can relax with up to 30 friends and enjoy our delicious meals.

With a separate entrance to the terrace and a bar, the Barbarossastube is ideal for private gatherings. Celebrate a birthday or an anniversary with up to 40 friends or your next Christmas party with your colleagues and employees.

The rustic charm of the Metzgerstube creates a cosy, rustic atmosphere. The room offers up to 15 seats and is also popular with regulars or smaller groups. An authentic meeting place right on the Scherzach river in Weingarten.

Our in-house butcher provides consistently high quality meat and sausages to our restaurant. Even the boss takes a hands-on approach and practices the craft. By the way, you can also order all dishes from our hotel to take away and simply collect from us in Rössle.

Our beer garden in Weingarten is located directly on the Jakobsweg and offers a shady and peaceful atmosphere. It can accommodate up to 300 guests beneath the majestic old chestnut trees. On special occasions we serve our spit roast ox and the band strikes up in the beer garden.
